   • Free from any damage.
   • Unworn and without any traces of use.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Process:

   • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your abaya.

5. Refunds:

   • After we receive your returned abaya and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
